Booking requests and confirmation

A booking submitted through the website is a request for the date, start time and service selected. The appointment is confirmed only after Roxanne has reviewed the details and contacted you. Choosing to pay after the clean does not remove the need for confirmation.

Pricing and payment

The website calculates the price from the service, property details and extras selected. The estimated total is shown before the booking is submitted. You may choose to pay securely through Stripe when booking or pay after the clean. For pay-after bookings, a secure Stripe payment link will be emailed when the job is marked complete. Any change to the agreed work that affects the price will be discussed before the additional work is carried out.

Availability

The booking system checks live availability using the estimated job duration and protects a 25-minute travel buffer after each booking. An appointment may still need to be adjusted because of access, service length or an unexpected calendar change. If the requested appointment cannot be accepted, Chaos to Calm will offer an alternative or arrange any payment refund due.

Changes and cancellations

Contact Roxanne as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Include your booking reference. Refunds and rescheduling will be handled fairly according to the timing, work already carried out, unavoidable costs and your legal rights.

Access and a safe working environment

Please provide accurate booking information, safe access to the property and notice of anything that could affect the service or safety of the cleaner. Pets, alarms, keys, parking restrictions and fragile or high-value items should be discussed in advance where relevant.

Concerns about the service

Please raise any concern promptly so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, put right. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
