Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, postcode, booking reference, selected service, property details, requested date and time, notes you choose to provide, payment status and communications about your booking.
How we use it
Information is used to provide quotes, process and manage booking requests, take payment, check availability, communicate with you, deliver the requested service, keep appropriate business records and protect the booking system from misuse.
We process this information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations or for legitimate business interests such as service administration and security. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us.
Payments and service providers
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Chaos to Calm does not receive or store your full card number. We also use trusted service providers including Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for website hosting, Resend for booking emails and Google Calendar for appointment management. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for bookings, customer service, accounting, legal obligations and the handling of disputes. Access is restricted to people and service providers who need it for those purposes, with technical and organisational safeguards used to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to its use. Contact us using the email above. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office through its official website.
