No payment is taken when you submit the booking. Once the clean is marked complete, you will receive an email with the correct amount and a secure Stripe payment link.
How is the price calculated?
The booking form calculates your estimated price from the chosen service, property size and any extras. The full amount is shown before you choose when to pay.

Can I book regular cleaning?
Yes. Regular cleaning can be arranged weekly, fortnightly or monthly, subject to availability. Begin with the online booking form and Roxanne will discuss the ongoing schedule with you.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
